Connexia presents campaign #Adopt a Millennial in the Board of Directors!

Connexia, Data Driven Creativity Agency of Doxa Group and among the major players of multi-channel communication, presents #Adopt a Millennial, initiative addressed to Board of Directors of Italian companies to boost and assist digital transformation processes.

 “We had the opportunity to verify multiple times like the members of Board of Directors, who are in average 57 years old* in Italy, are not always fully aware of the exponential speed of current changes and disruptions that we will soon have to face – declares Paolo D’Ammassa, CEO of Connexia –  Therefore, we thought to propose to 3 Italian Board of Directors to be assisted by an advisory team consisting of Millennial by Connexia members, who can periodically update the Board of Directors in relation to all current phenomena in the reference and related industries, and on short and medium-term scenarios impacted by exponential technologies”.

Adopt a Millennial in the Board of Directors! wants to be a disruptive comparison opportunity, an original and sort of unusual approach to bring together different generations that have lots to share reciprocally. The call will be opened until September 30that www.connexia.com/adottaunmillennial, in less than one minute, the members of the Boards of Directors of medium or large-size Italian companies can enter their application by filling out 5 fields, among which motivation, which will constitute the determining factor for selecting the 3 Boards of Directors.

Connexia will offer to the 3 selected Boards of Directors, 3 advisory meetings every two months for each Board of Directors, to be planned during the first semester 2018.

Moreover, Connexia will promote a new allocation method of the communication budget, which must be partially experimented and allow the companies to test innovative projects:

  • 80% CONSOLIDATE: “tested” marketing and communication activities, in support of business KPIs.
  • 10% DARE: innovative activities such as for example, creation of a chatbot or opening of a Snapchat profile.
  • 10% BET: true bets that, if not successful, do not affect business KPIs but if they work, can speed up the innovation process and project the brand and company towards a new dimension.
