Paolo d'Ammassa, born in 1967, today is the Chief Executive Officer of Connexia, which he founded in 1997 as an agency specializing in the production of online and off-line communication strategies and tools. During the beginning of his career Paolo d’Ammassa was a Sales Manager for informatics magazines at Jackson Publishing (now VNU Business Publications). In 1995 he became Advertising Head at Italia Online and soon after Online Magazine, increasing knowledge of the Internet market and its potential. In 1996 he entered the wireless industry as Marketing Manager at HS-CAST, a company owned by Gruppo Il Sole 24 Ore focused on the satellite transmission of national paper content to foreign based readers. He is registered at FERPI, the Italian Public Relations Federation, and teaches communications at the Luiss Management and Ernst & Young Business School. Keen guitarist, great passion for sports, especially windsurfing, kitesurfing and snowboarding.
Massimo Cortinovis

Massimo Cortinovis, executive director and innovation manager of Connexia, is an ex basketball coach who has been able to combine his passion for sports with his professional life. Born in 1965, after quitting his coaching job he decided to increase his own creativity and technical skills in a dynamic and innovative company: Esperia, a web agency founded in the years of the Internet boom. Convinced of the extraordinary power that sports can hold when used as a communication channel, of its universal language and its ability to emotionally involve both real and virtual audiences, Massimo Cortinovis then put together a team of highly specialized professionals, with an expertise in technology and consultancy, to manage customized communication, promotion and Web Streaming projects for major events. That is how Esperia became part of Gruppo Media Partners. Esperia was part of Visiant Group from 2001 to 2007, when it is finally integrated in Connexia.
Giovanni Pola

Giovanni Pola today is general manager of Connexia.
As a result of his passion and profession Pola is a Communication and Internet expert . As a well-known web strategist, he is the mind of Webchallenge and is among the founders of the Osservatorio Multicanalità. He is renowned for being among the most influential opinion leaders in fields such as web trends, innovative communication and mass conversations. A passionate musician, Pola started his career in 1998 creating the first vertical web portal on Jazz. Founder and Partner of many business ventures (among which Specific! and Sisney) during the early part of the decade. At the end of 2003, after a significant experience in directional consultancy at Euranet, he joined Netpeople as Business Development Director and made the company grow until January 2007 when Connexia integrated its activities.
Vincenzo Frezza

Vincenzo Frezza, CIO and Managing Director of Connexia, took his degree in Sciences of Information at the University of Milan in 1993. During his career he has worked for top companies in the information technology industry. Before joining Connexia and becoming part of its board, he worked as PM at Jinglebell Communication S.r.l., managing many web applications projects, ranging from basic to top-level, and redesigning the entire company’s network. Previously he was Systems Engineering Coordinator and IT Manager at Sistemi Finanziari S.r.l.,part of Gruppo MET- SOGEDA. Frezza was a big achiever early in his career: in 1994 he joined Zucchetti in the role of Web Systems Developer and produced within the Publishings and Multimedia Communications Division a software tool for broadcast transmission, through the integration of cc:Mail, an email pack and DataBroadcasting technology. For this product Vincenzo Frezza managed production, promotion and upgrading.
