PizzAut is an association committed to promoting employment inclusion in the Food & Beverage sector. The 2 PizzAut restaurants are run entirely by people with autism, with the aim of raising awareness among institutions and society about the possibility of employment for people with autism. Autogrill has been carrying out a collaboration project with PizzAut for several months, specifically the launch of a new sandwich made in collaboration with PizzAut. Connexia was hired to communicate Autogrill’s support for PizzAut and the value of the collaboration in a new, ‘different’, transversal and integrated way across the different channels involved.

WORK

Connexia conceived and developed the entire strategic storytelling framework, designed the creative campaign, the commercial and the graphic materials for both in-store displays and print materials, as well as the creative sets for the social channels. The campaign was also published on the monitors of the most important Italian stations – Florence, Milan, Genoa, Bologna, Bari, Venice, Turin.

The campaign is called the ‘Aut-oproduced Ad’ because all the people involved are people with autism who work at PizzAut (the illustrator, the actors, the speaker and the creator of the soundtrack). Everyone with their passions has contributed to promoting it to create a truly integrated campaign and raise awareness of the importance of inclusion in the world of work.
