Ostello Bello, the innovative generation of hostels founded in Milan in 2011, asked Connexia to support the optimization of the social presence of the brand and hostels in Italy – Milan, Como, Rome, Genoa, Florence and Assisi.
First of all Connexia conducted the assessment of the social channels in order to identify opportunities and areas for improvement. Afterwards, Connexia developed a channel and content strategy, defining social guidelines and a content map to align the brand Ostello Bello with the social presence of each hostel.
Moreover, Connexia developed a KPI measurement system.
