Connexia and Ubiquity have reached an agreement that foresees the transfer of Ubiquity Lab team guided by Italo Marconi to Connexia, to introduce a new organisational and business function: the Innovation function.
For Connexia guided by CEO Paolo D’Ammassa, the transaction aims at strengthening the data driven agency’s positioning with an innovative approach from a creational, technological and strategic advisory point of view. “For us – declares D’Ammassa – this agreement represents an important step in dealing with the entire digital transformation topic and highly innovative projects in a structured manner, key themes on the market and in respect to which we are solicited by our customers on a daily basis”.
“Data, creativity and innovation are key elements of a path undertaken a while ago by our agency – states D’Ammassa – With the entry of new colleagues, we want to boost our positioning and range of services that we are able to offer to the market: the Innovation function, among operating priorities, will deal with the theme of Chatbot, Content & Engagement Platforms, Data Visualization and more in general, Digital Transformation”.
For Ubiquity, company that offers mobile messaging services for banks and enterprises, the transaction is in line with the strategy to focus on mobile messaging services and innovative solutions for companies and financial institutions.
“We are satisfied of the agreed and shared migration of Ubiquity Lab’s resources inside a group that will be able to further exploit experience and skills” declares Dario Calogero, CEO of Ubiquity–“Connexia’s Innovation function – states Calogero – will become the preferential partner for the needs of our client portfolio which are not part of the core-business”.
