In addition to managing social channels, the Milan-based agency Connexia is also handling all digital PR and media relations in 2014 for SODASTREAM, the world’s largest company for home carbonation systems.
As of 2014, Connexia is the new communication partner for SodaStream Italia, the Italian subsidiary of SodaStream International B.V., the world’s largest company for home carbonation systems and fizzy beverages. SodaStream concentrates come in over 100 flavours that have 2/3 less sugar and 2/3 fewer calories, and contain no aspartame and no high fructose syrup. With the innovative reusable bottles, the SodaStream system radically reduces the waste created by cans and plastic bottles, offering a real revolution in how we drink fizzy beverages.
SodaStream put its trust in Connexia in 2013 by asking the agency to manage its social channels, and now in 2014 it has asked Connexia to also handle its media relations and digital PR. Connexia has been tasked with further raising SodaStream’s brand awareness in the consumer segment and strengthening its position in the Italian market, which it will do by leveraging targeted activities.
The company has recently selected Scarlett Johansson to be its Global Brand Ambassador, as it is confident that the actress can convince consumers that homemade fizzy drinks are the future of the beverage industry.
