Eurosport, the Discovery-owned sports programmer that reaches 243 million subscribers across 99 countries in Europe, Asia-Pacific, Africa and the Middle East, asked for assistance with its PR and digital PR activities to promote the company and its offering in the Italian media.

Connexia has been working with the No. 1 sports multimedia platform in Europe since 2007, proposing a wide spectrum of press office, PR and iPR activities that range from daily contact with the sporting and trade press as well as TV and lifestyle journalists to promoting commentators and talents that work at the company’s Italian base.

We then also organised ad hoc events and press trips to increase the media’s focus and engagement levels on Eurosport’s wide and varied offering.

All this has meant that brand awareness about Eurosport and its offering in Italy has consistently increased and record results have been achieved in terms of audience and press coverage.
