Integrated communication for the Crodino brands

Crodino, Italy’s “blond” non-alcoholic aperitif which is part of the Campari Group, has appointed Connexia to manage all media relations and digital PR activities.

We coordinate all communication activities using targeted PR and digital PR actions, including the involvement of online opinion leaders and influencers linked to the product, merchandising, events and special initiatives.

Following the launch of the new Crodino advertising campaign with the claim “Biondo aperitivo zero impegnativo” (the blond aperitif which does not bind) in 2013 and the new non-alcoholic aperitifs Crodino Twist Gusto Agrumi (Crodino Twist Citrus) and Gusto Frutti Rossi (Crodino Twist Red Fruits), media initiatives were organised to promote the Crodino branded products in Italy with the aim of increasing brand awareness.

Crodino Twist was a hit again in 2015: in addition to being voted 2015 product of the year in the premixed non-alcoholic drinks category, the new fruit-flavoured non-alcoholic aperitif starred in the fun Crodino Twist Bar tour which brought a blast of fizzy carefree fun to eight Italian cities.

Three Italian Twitter celebrities were enlisted to help promote the Senigallia leg of the tour, during the Summer Jamboree. Thanks to their interactions and conversations spontaneously generated by these activities, Crodino potentially reached over 4,700,000 users on Twitter with 312 retweeted tweets and 700 favourites.
