As the Official Coffee Partner of Expo 2015, illycaffè created and managed all coffee-related content, exhibitions and events in the Coffee Cluster’s communal area.

Connexia supported illycaffè throughout the six-month universal exposition; a team was tasked with managing over 620 fun – educational events for the public in the Cluster, and worked side by side with the organisers of Expo 2015 and the relevant partners. The Connexia team also devised and developed the project for the digital tour, and was on site to manage the tour which consisted of themed guided tours with the visitors wearing special smart glasses featuring Epson Moverio technology.

We also monitored and coordinated all the PR and digital PR activities to actively support illycaffè and communicate its presence during Expo 2015, and worked closely with those tasked with providing the communications for Expo 2015 and the various partners involved in the events that were scheduled every day from 1st May to 31st October 2015.
