Connexia has been managing PR and digital PR activities for illycaffè since 2014.

We handle the corporate press office, in conjunction with our partner iCorporate, product-related media relations, and coordinate communications to support all the marketing initiatives implemented by the company with the aim of supporting and reinforcing the brand awareness and premium position of the brand, which symbolises excellence and “Made in Italy” success worldwide.

In addition to the ongoing activities, during the year we manage and organise corporate press conferences, open days to present and launch new products, special projects with international opinion leaders and influencers, and communication activities when the company takes part in important contemporary art, design and food and beverage exhibitions.

We also work closely with the illycaffè headquarters on the international coordination of the various PR agencies that work for the company around the world by creating toolkits and international communication materials and organising press trips.

The results produced by the PR and digital PR activities in 2015 were up by 34% on the previous year.
