Social media strategy to support the brand’s relaunch
Voiello had realised just how important a social presence is for food-related brands, and recognised that it needed to develop a multichannel social media strategy, with a special focus on the FB and Twitter channels, to support the relaunch of the brand.
Our services for Voiello included defining a social media strategy that involved creating a regular editorial line as well as an editorial line for special support initiatives, such as the Voiello Master of Pasta and Tutti contro Master of Pasta contests.
Optimising the regularity, tone of voice and type of content of editorial activities led to 49,148 users voting for the Master of Pasta contest from January to March 2015, over 289 new tweets with the #masterofpasta hashtag, and an exponential rise in the number of fans on the Facebook page, which now has over 28,000 fans.
