Volkswagen Italia wanted to communicate the brand and its products effectively through social channels in order to increase brand awareness, lead generation and sales, so Connexia proposed careful management of the community and editorial line.

Our services included buzz monitoring, social media sentiment analysis, reporting and producing guidelines on how to use social channels. To maximise the brand’s social presence Connexia suggested developing several Facebook apps and creating special digital projects, including a 3D banner campaign and several targeted creative advertising initiatives.

Volkswagen is one of the most innovative and engaging brands on the Italian digital landscape: it has over 11 million fans and this number increased by 181% from 2013 to 2014. The brand also has a very strong presence on YouTube with 313 videos and 20 playlists.
